Dr. Spectro was a foray into minor background villains from JLU's Legion of Doom season. I want the entire Legion! That said, I'm pretty sure there is an entire group of Z-list villains that Mattel will never get to, and Spectro is on that list. : ) Anyway, he was made from a JLU Green Lantern with sculpted costume details and a greatly modified head. I like this one, except for the nose. I can never get those looking right.
